Our story

The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co set up in the year 2000 as publishers of Malta’s only objective survey-based restaurant guide – The Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants in Malta & Gozo.  The guide and its website     remain Malta’s foremost reference for lovers of good food.

In 2007 the company launched the essential reference for parents and carers in Malta.– The Malta Baby & Kids Directory and   .  Every expectant mother in Malta receives a free copy of this directory and family events and activities are updated daily on the website.

The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co are also the organisers of      regularly held in some of Malta’s most beautiful and historic settings, where locals and visitors have the opportunity to buy locally produced, fresh, high-quality, affordable products direct from carefully selected food producers, artists, and craftspeople.

In 2017, The Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants, with their extensive knowledge of food and restaurants in Malta felt that it was a natural extension to launch Malta’s first Food Tours in the beautiful capital city – Valletta .
